Barbados Apartments / Flats Michelin, St.Lawrence Gap – Dover, Barbados South-Coast. This self catering vacation-rental property was complete renovated in 2007. The beautiful Apartments are surrounded by a large tropical garden. There are 2 different type of budget accommodation flats available suitable for a larger vacation-rental guest-house function.  

Apartment / flat 1 

A self catering nicely furnished one bedroom apartment.

It features a small living settee which can also be used as a sofa bed. In the bedroom are two single beds which can join together with a zip as a king size bed, one bathroom and a separate kitchenette.

The living / sleeping area has a fan, mosquito screens and wrought iron burglar bars on the windows and doors. There is SAT-TV, a Stereo Set and a Telephone in this apartment.

The kitchen has fan, ceramic field stove top, all cooking facilities, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster oven, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Free safe box (not insured). Air-condition can be provided at cost.

Apartment / flat 2  

This adorable spacious selfcatering flat can accommodate up to 6 persons as there are two sofa beds as a settee and a separate wardrobe in the apartment.

The flat comprises a large living/dining room, two bedrooms, complete kitchen, two baths shower / toilets (one en-suite),

The living room amenities are SAT-TV, Stereo System and Telephone.

The kitchen has a ceramic field cooker top and hood, oven, fridge-freezer (with ice-maker), toaster, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.

Each bedroom has two single beds which can be ziped to use them as a king size bed. There is a free safe box in each bedroom which is not insured. Air-condition available in bedrooms provided at cost.

All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling-fans, with mosquito screens and wrought iron burglar bars on the windows.

Relax and enjoy the patio were you have a nice view into the garden.

If you want to use Internet dial up you have to bring your own laptop. You can buy Internet access cards for 5 US for 5 hours. Local calls are free of charge. DSL please inquiry.

Fresh sheets, towels (not beach towels) and room service are provided twice per week. The maid will take care of all other washing.

The closest white beach is located about 100 yards / meter, the distance to Dover beach is approx. 200 yards / meter and  the Casuarina + Turle Beach Club Hotel is approx. 200 yards / meter away. Other beaches are close by. 

From the airport it will take about 20 min. to your accommodation.

Large two bedroom apartment can hold max. 6 person (two sofa beds at 42 inch each in livingroom).

Small one bedroom apartment max. 3 person as it has a sofa bed in the lounge.

The Center of St.Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 walking minutes away. In St. Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, deli, snack-bars, clubs, discos, banks, supermarket and different shops.

Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness centre and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s are easy accessible.

The bus stop is about 250 yards / meter away. There are busses, mini-busses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (appr. 15 min) and to other parts of the island until midnight.
The bus fare is 1.50 BDS$. 

Our guests who book a transfer would be picked up and will be taken to their accommodation through arranged Taxi driver.  Please look for a sign with your name outside of the arrival hall at the airport.  The transfer one way trip is 17.00 US $ for 1-2 persons and is similar to the taxi rate but safer to get faster to accommodation without overcharging. Larger groups check rates.
